Exceptional Circumstances Rescheduling Offer

While Superior EMS is sympathetic to, and understands that emergencies, and other situations arise where a participant may not be able to attend their scheduled course, participants cannot expect that Superior EMS takes the burden of the cost of another seat in another course. Each seat must produce a profit for the company, and be filled by a paying customer. Participants are able to purchase optional coverage that may cover the situation that may arise.

In extremely rare circumstances management may approve an exceptional circumstances rescheduling exemption.

This would allow the participant to be placed on a exceptional circumstances wait list. The participant would be placed on the wait list for a maximum of six-months. Should a seat be available in a scheduled course at 4pm the day before the course when registration closes, the participant will be offered the seat based on their position on the wait-list.

If the participant rejects the offer to take the spot available, then they would be moved to the bottom of the wait-list, and called upon when they are next in line again for a seat.

Please note: The offer to place the participant on the exceptional circumstances wait list does not guarantee a spot in a course. This is a courtesy offer outside of the terms and conditions and comes with no obligation on behalf of Superior EMS. If there are no available spots within six-months, or if the participant rejects the spots offered to them Superior EMS is under no obligation to offer further exceptional circumstance courtesy, and would not be able to complete the training.
