If you have purchased the optional cancellation/rescheduling coverage on registration, you will be eligible under the program to submit a claim.
Please note: if you did not purchase coverage, you are not eligible, and the claim will be denied without review.
To submit a claim please do the following:
- Verify that you meet the claim criteria
- Ensure you have all required documentation at time of submission (i.e. medical certificate)
- Visit https://forms.zoho.com/info5490/form/CourseCancellationorReschedulingClaim
- Submit all the required information in one submission.
- Your claim will be assessed and responded to typically within 14 days.
Please note if the claim is not completed thoroughly it will be denied without a request for further information, it is the responsibility of the applicant to complete the submission fully and accurately. Resubmissions are not considered.
