Submitting a Claim

If you have purchased the optional cancellation/rescheduling coverage on registration, you will be eligible under the program to submit a claim.  

Please note: if you did not purchase coverage, you are not eligible, and the claim will be denied without review.

To submit a claim please do the following:
  1. Verify that you meet the claim criteria
  2. Ensure you have all required documentation at time of submission (i.e. medical certificate)
  3. Visit https://forms.zoho.com/info5490/form/CourseCancellationorReschedulingClaim
  4. Submit all the required information in one submission.
  5. Your claim will be assessed and responded to typically within 14 days.
Please note if the claim is not completed thoroughly it will be denied without a request for further information, it is the responsibility of the applicant to complete the submission fully and accurately.  Resubmissions are not considered.
